My Science Inquiry Project

What is my project all about?

My science inquiry project is about stress, more specifically how people can limit it or avoid it altogether. The general question is “How do we avoid/limit stress?” and to answer that question, I created a website that delivers tips and techniques about stress.

My goal is to be able to help you and many of other people going through stress and potentially, anxiety.

You are placing too much pressure on yourself.

Whether it’s trying to complete homework, studying for a test or in some sort of relationship you are applying pressure on yourself. It’s not bad, but, it can get difficult when you give yourself too much pressure that you can’t handle. Understand your limits. Although sometimes pressure is un-avoidable, take a breather and put your mind at ease. When things go wrong and pressure like this rises, don’t take it negatively. Try to learn from it instead so that you don’t have to go through that pressure anymore.
